Phase 2 of the already established Houndshill Shopping Centre will provide large floor plate units in a covered environment which will be owned and managed by Modus Group as part of their growing Shopping Centre portfolio. Anchored by Debenhams, Boots, Next and an 800 space car park, construction has commenced with the scheme opening summer 2008 . Other occupiers will include Primark, River Island and Arcadia.
