A first class line-up of tenants has been confirmed at the Modus extension of Houndshill Shopping Centre in Blackpool.

Top high-street retailers; Debenhams, Next, Clarks and River Island have all signed to this landmark North West regeneration project.

The project will refurbish and extend the scheme to an overall size of 398,000 sq ft, trebling the current size of the centre.
